Born/raised in Rockford, Illinois Moved to Utah with husband, Tom, to ski and enjoy outdoor activities Parent to two faithful companions: Riley 3.5 year old chocolate labrador retriever and Oscar (AKA - no, no bad dog!) a 5 month old yellow labrador retriever Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Northern Illinois University in DeKalb, Illinois. Master's degree in Special Education from University of Utah in SLC, Utah. Certified school psychologist from University of Utah. Employed in Jordan School District starting her 23rd year, started at Valley High School in 2005. Vicki feels that Valley gives staff and students a greater opportunity to interact with one another and that for the most part students who attend Valley are serious about completing their high school education. Vicki enjoys working with students both on an individual basis and in groups. Her favorite hobbies are knitting and flower gardening. Stop in her office in the counseling center and say hello! Her goal this year is to get to know as many students as she can on a first name basis!
